We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you receive the product, not as described or damaged
98% of the products in SGWHI are [Print On Demand] we do not offer any refunds on [Print On Demand] products unless you have received the product not as described different to what you had picked or you received the product damaged.It’s very important that you double check the portrait of pattern design that you like and double check that is the right size for you or your friends and family as once the product is made it is not eligible for refund.
Any of the products that does not have a portrait or pattern design on them will be eligible for refund. Any products you see that has a portrait of pattern design on them will not be eligible for refund. Again the store emphasise that you double check that this is the pattern you want, and it is the correct size as purchasing [Print On Demand] products from this store is not eligible for refund.
All products that are made, are made from scratch specific for the order and the customer.
Any electrical items that has a custom pattern or brand pattern on the product unless it is damaged is only eligible for exchange but not a refund. It is important that you make sure that this is the right product for you and your family and friends and it’s the pattern or portrait design that you want. Unless the product has been delivered to you damage or has a fault, it will not be eligible for refund.

If your return is accepted, we will need to provide your own shipping label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
