Think twice about colouring your hair.

Colouring your hair can have negative effects on your hair and health, here are a few reasons:

  1. Chemical damage: Hair dye contains chemicals that can damage the hair cuticles, causing dryness, brittleness, and breakage. Over time, this can leave hair looking dull and unhealthy.
  2. Allergic reactions: Some people may develop an allergic reaction to the chemicals in hair dye, leading to itching, redness, and swelling of the scalp. In severe cases, this can result in hair loss.
  3. Long-term effects: The long-term effects of hair dye on health are still not fully understood, but some studies have linked hair dye to an increased risk of certain cancers and other health problems.
  4. Fading and root touch-ups: Coloured hair can fade over time, requiring frequent touch-ups. This can lead to a cycle of chemical exposure that can further damage the hair and scalp.
  5. Natural hair colour changes: Overuse of hair dye can lead to a loss of natural hair colour and an inability to return to your original shade.

It's important to weigh the pros and cons of colouring your hair.  To be honest, I'm quite sure that many of you would agree with me keep it natural love your silver grey, white hair.
